TeamSpeak Server is the perfect add-on for the TeamSpeak Client. It allows you to create a personal server for voice communication over the Internet to allow you to communicate while playing online games.

The server is run entirely under a web interface, which makes it very simple to use. Right after launching the application a new icon will appear in your Menu Bar as a shortcut to the server's main window.

There's also an area where you can check the server's statistics and see how many people are connected and how much bandwidth is being used, for example.
